Abstract:
Superficial, socially desirable or uninformed answers are a well-known challenge in surveys in the market research industry. They lead to lower quality and bias of the data. To solve this problem, Redem has developed a SaaS solution for automated cleansing and quality optimization of survey data. As a result, market research companies can automatically identify poorer quality data sets and take them into account accordingly in the result.

Redem offers DIY data cleansing software for quantitative surveys. Market researchers can upload survey data, clean it up automatically and export it again. In this way, we help market research institutes to increase the efficiency of data cleansing and to optimize the quality of the data.
