Full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:

You accompany the most promising technology start-ups in Upper Austria in the realization of their business ideas and the development of their financing strategies.
With your experience, you will support young companies in the preparation and convincing presentation of realistic financial forecasts and budgets.
You support the young companies in raising growth capital, including debt and venture capital, crowdfunding, public funding, etc.
With your expertise, you will further expand the investor network and act as a sparring partner for the startups in identifying and approaching suitable investors.
You hold workshops and seminars on financial topics for our founders and play an active role in shaping our range of services.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Completed training in business administration, finance or a related field and you also have sound professional experience in this field.
Ideally, you have worked in a startup yourself and/or gained professional experience in the consulting sector.
You have sound knowledge in the areas of financial planning, budgeting, capital procurement and financial analysis and your ability to interpret complex financial data sets you apart.
You enjoy organizing workshops and seminars on various topics just as much as working with the different founder personalities to jointly develop solutions for start-up ideas.
You are characterized by your hands-on mentality, initiative and your strong sense of responsibility as well as your structured and independent way of working.

WE OFFER YOU:

With us, you enjoy free time management and 100 home office days per year (VZ).
We give you the opportunity and budget to constantly develop and advance your own area of work.
You will be part of a young but experienced and dynamic team that supports each other and can laugh together.
You will receive a minimum annual training budget of EUR 1,000 from us.
If you come by car, we will provide you with an underground parking space with a small deductible. If you come by public transport, we will generously contribute to the climate ticket.

Your salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience, but will be a minimum of EUR 3,500.00 gross per month (full-time basis).
