business2excellence (B2E) is tech2b's support and mentoring program for young high-tech start-ups. Young companies are supported with market launch, series transition, follow-up financing, sales and internationalization.

The "b2e - business2excellence" project is a support and mentoring program for young companies (knowledge- or technology-intensive, with scaling potential).
In order to accelerate the (international) growth of these companies, they are supported and coached in a holistic consulting process on all aspects of corporate development (strategy, business model, technology, market, finance, team).
In addition, external experts are occasionally brought in for special topics; peer learning formats consisting of moderated exchange rounds are offered for topics that affect several start-ups.
The specific objectives and results of the support provided to the target companies are to increase the entrepreneurial performance (qualitatively and quantitatively) of the young companies supported, to increase the number of employees and to accelerate company growth.
