PelviQueens is an online pelvic flooring course platform for women of all ages. The goal of PelviQueens: To support women in their health! The courses are offered on many topics relating to the pelvic floor. These include, for example, pelvic floor training during pregnancy and postnatal recovery, or for various forms of incontinence. Online, flexibly and easily from home, women are guided through a course program lasting several weeks with the expertise of physiotherapists.
The online pelvic floor course platform
Participants can complete the multi-week course flexibly from home. A questionnaire is used to determine in advance which course content is best suited to the women so that an individually tailored course program can be offered. The platform also gives participants the opportunity to exchange ideas with each other and with the experts.
