Brief description:
Moldsonics manufactures ultrasonic-based measuring sensors for the plastics processing industry, which make it possible to detect and analyze process fluctuations and machine conditions inline and thus improve the overall process. Our patented measuring system can be mounted on plasticizing units of extruders or compounders, for example, without significant effort and can be operated without specialist personnel. Typical areas of application are the determination of melt quality or predictive maintenance. The use of our products minimizes both production downtimes and reject rates.
