Via blankmile, you can connect with a customer via video call with just one click, without having to install anything.
Customers simply receive a text message with a link to the video call and are immediately on the video call with the employee to take care of their request together.
In the video call, it is possible to take photos, make notes, mark areas or draw in instructions.
Finally, all recorded data can be exported as a PDF or imported into existing systems (e.g. CRM). This means that no post-processing is necessary and you have all the information you need to take further steps, if these are still necessary.
