- Newcomer: Martin Schneglberger | blankmile
- Startups: Johanna Kivalo | The Impressive Company
- Scaleups: Richard Ljuhar | Image BiopsyLab
Winner "Newcomer": Martin Schneglberger | blankmile
Blankmile is an Upper Austrian start-up that aims to make remote diagnostics in the service and trade sector simple and practical for both sides with its application. The company, which was founded by Martin Schneglberger (CEO), Dominik Reichinger (CTO) and Andreas Holzapfel (COO), works with a multifunctional video call between experts and customers. From now on, experts instruct their customers via call and show them where to point the smartphone camera. The option to create markers directly in the image also makes things easier for both sides. Photos or videos can then be taken, which is also very useful for acoustic diagnoses, for example. Notes can also be made during the process. At the end of the process, the report is output as a PDF, which can also be attached to a cost estimate. On average, this should save 70 kilometers of travel and around 25 kilograms of CO2.
