Xaleon (formerly Chatvisor GmbH) develops engagement software that helps organizations seamlessly interact and communicate with their customers digitally. Xaleon's Engagement Platform enables companies to equip their sales, customer service, and marketing teams with the digital tools to digitize the personal customer experience to remain competitive in a world of hyper-connectivity and personalization.
Xaleon offers three specialized solutions: the Sales Suite to digitally enable sales teams, simplify online consulting and increase sales; the Support Suite to make customer support more efficient, simple, and customer-centric; and the Insights Suite to provide marketing teams with clear impressions about the online customer experience.
At the beginning of 2021, the Linz-based software start-up Xaleon was bought by the German MDax group Teamviewer.
