The online tool automates the design process for rope drums and thus enables cost and time savings of approx. 85%. The main data can be entered via an input mask and as a result you get the automatically generated design and production documents. It can be marketed worldwide and is intended to be used wherever cranes are operated, sold and maintained.
The fact that the data is entered online via a website ensures that no know-how is handed over and that the software can be maintained and expanded at any time.
After successful completion of the "Rope Drum" project, the software can be tailored and expanded to all other technical areas of application without disrupting ongoing operations.
