TeamEcho is developing an online solution for the simple and continuous analysis of employee satisfaction and working atmosphere.

The Linz-based start-up has set itself the goal of making it easier for employees and employers to identify grievances relating to working conditions at an early stage. In addition to simplifying the survey process compared to conventional paper-based surveys, the intelligent software offers the possibility of mapping trends and informing management immediately when problems arise thanks to fully automated, regular, short surveys.

Because the results are available immediately, solutions can be developed together in good time to avoid undesirable consequences such as a negative working atmosphere, demotivated staff or even dismissals of key employees.

Employees are given the opportunity to give their honest opinion anonymously, while managers are given an up-to-date insight into the mood of a department at all times. This creates added value on both sides.
