Abstract:
The tasks and demands placed on teachers have risen steadily in recent years. Increasing administrative workload does the rest and leads to teachers working well over 40 hours per week on average. This leaves too little time for the essentials: the education of future generations.
TEACHIS is a web app that supports teachers with some of the biggest time-wasters in everyday teacher life:

With our app, they can manage these areas efficiently and focus entirely on teaching.
Services / Products:
Teachers create an account on www.teachis.net and can then create their weekly schedule directly in the web application and record relevant notes and observations in class and manage them in compliance with data protection regulations. An integrated search makes it easier for the teacher to quickly and easily find relevant additional content during planning work and to store it directly in the planning. In the event of illness, the planning can be released with just a few clicks and sent to a colleague, for example, even if they do not have a TEACHIS account. This additional function not only makes it easier for the supplier teacher to teach, but also ensures a smooth lesson.
In addition to all the features mentioned, teachers can manage their student data and grades in the software. Of course, the whole thing is done in compliance with GDPR and in compliance with contemporary security standards. TEACHIS can be tested free of charge for 14 days and then costs only €7.80 per month. No school license is required for use, but the software can be purchased personally by the teacher.
