swync is a mobile app that flips the system of contact management. You no longer have to inform each of your contacts individually when your data changes, swync[nbsp]ll do it for you. You always have full control over your own data and decide for yourself who gets your data automatically synchronized.
Background:
As a frequently traveled technical sales representative for software products in the healthcare sector, swync founder Benedikt Aichinger was drawn to Rome. "I wanted to write a postcard to my sister, when I remembered that she had recently changed jobs and residences. I didn't have their contact details."
This personal experience was the basis for the founding of Synca GmbH. Aichinger realized that he was not alone with this problem. On average, each person has 300 contacts in their smartphone phone book. After one year, about a third of the phone book contacts are no longer up-to-date. Therefore, he was looking for a product that would automatically update the contacts in the phone book. Due to the lack of services, Aichinger developed the swync app with the Linz-based software company mobile agreements.
The first step is to log in to swync[nbsp] and update your profile. The app then invites all your contacts to register with swync[nbsp] as well. Anyone who downloads swync[nbsp] has all swync contact details up to date.

Up-to-date and clean data – if the customer wants it
For companies in particular, up-to-date contact details are an essential factor in the value chain, which is why the three founders also make their software available to companies and organizations. Via a web interface, companies can compare their customer data with swync and thus receive back current addresses, telephone numbers or e-mail addresses. Data protection-compliant contact management with swync
Together with data protection expert Dr. Michael Pachinger, the start-up has developed another offer for companies in the wake of the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR for short): Companies have the option of creating a so-called "processing register" based on a data protection questionnaire via [nbsp]www.swync.us . In addition, they receive a "data protection information" that they can publish on their own website.
