EASY OFFICE:
offisy helps self-employed people in the health and wellness sector to minimise their administrative effort and to network with each other (health centres). Customers can book appointments online 24/7 and are reminded of their appointments via SMS.

Services / Products
offisy is the solution for self-employed people (EPUs) in the health and wellness sector (especially physiotherapists and masseurs) who cannot afford administrative staff and therefore have to invest too many hours themselves. Time that is better spent in direct customer contact.

offisy arranges customer appointments for them, regulates appointment postponements, reminds customers of appointments via SMS/mail/push, manages customer data, creates invoices and checks their incoming payments (including dunning). In addition , new customers who are looking for an appointment with a specialist in the area are acquired via the free offisy profile and are bound with special promotions via the newsletter function. EPUs can network with offisy (especially in health centres), share their calendars with each other and book free resources for their patients – without lengthy coordination.

offisy is an appointment booking platform and a simplified ERP/CRM system in one, specially adapted and unique for the chosen target group of physiotherapists [&] masseurs.
