Brief description:
Natur Brauerei Almtal GmbH is a company founded by hobby brewers who come from a wide variety of professional backgrounds and share a common vision: to establish a craft beer brewery in the Almtal valley in Upper Austria. The roots of this vision can be found in times gone by: From 1622 to 1860, there was a brewery and a hop garden in Scharnstein. We would like to revive this craft and rebuild the "art of brewing in the Almtal". In addition, it is important to us to strengthen regional development in agriculture so that we can source our raw materials directly from the region. Our aim is to grow a profitable company in order to sell our range of beers and thus lay the foundations for a world of beer experiences in the Almtal. This beer experience world is a place where people of all ages can meet - it is a place of encounter and togetherness. Our craft beer brewery should be a central component in this symbiosis of regional stores, craft businesses and culinary delights. Because we want to show that our brewery is not a gray factory, but part of a lively society that networks with each other, grows together and shows that the community is more than the sum of its parts.
