Abstract
Resonant sensors are structures that change their vibrational properties as a function of physical quantities. As a result, they can be used in a wide variety of areas, such as the characterization of biochemical reactions, the determination of electromagnetic properties of materials, or the measurement of viscosity and density of fluids.
We offer novel evaluation modules for resonant sensors that can be used by sensor [&] measurement technology manufacturers to increase the accuracy [&] measurement speed of their sensors. This makes it possible to improve performance in existing application areas and to open up completely new areas of application.
