kpibench is a performance management system for machines. It replaces the time-consuming and error-prone handwritten record and is primarily used to optimize production and increase efficiency in maintenance. The production manager uses it to monitor key figures such as capacity utilization, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), or reasons for downtime of the system and derive improvement measures from the analyses of the machine and operating data prepared by the system.
The entire system is installed by the customer's operating electrician in one morning without interfering with the production plant. Thanks to the use of Internet of Things hardware and cloud infrastructure, no IT effort is required at the customer's site. The customer receives full transparency in his production from day one and can start with the optimization work.
