INSITE IT GmbH focuses on the special needs of large-scale plant construction and manufactures software products tailored to them, which are characterized by high flexibility, simplicity in application and enormous cost savings through significant process improvements in production, logistics, material planning, storage and documentation.

With Insite LMS, INSITE IT GmbH offers a product tailored to the needs of plant engineering. The goal is to ensure that all relevant information is available at any time and easily at the touch of a button in the Insite LMS software in order to minimize search and downtimes, document deviations and increase the quality of the handling of a major project. As a classic app for Android, iOS and Windows devices, the Insite LMS app provides all the data for logistics, material and defect management on the construction site. Barcode scanning, image documentation and GPS positioning drastically reduces man-hours and enables end-to-end traceability down to the last screw delivered. The integration of suppliers and logistics companies takes place in the Insite LMS web portal.
Founder Profile:
Florian Altmann, Thomas Roithmeier and Andreas Simader are the founders and managing directors of INSITE IT. After initial experience in large-scale international projects, the software specialists were already tinkering with innovative IT systems for plant construction projects in 2006. Since then, solving industry-specific problems has been a hobby and incentive for the students, resulting in the first material tracking and site controlling software in 2010. After founding their company at the beginning of 2011, the young entrepreneurs have already been able to demonstrate their ideas and solutions on several major construction sites in India and Indonesia.
