Currently, unwinding devices are only designed with a drive for the target spool (customer's small spool). All adjustments such as line offset, line tension, cutting to length etc. are carried out manually and require the permanent presence and assistance of an operator during the unwinding process. The length is usually measured roughly and inaccurately, which means that the customer is usually given a few meters in order to avoid measurement inaccuracies to the detriment of the customer.
The winding tension is also only roughly managed by manual braking, although a pre-tensioned fishing reel would be important for use in fishing. A differentiated winding tension is particularly important in deep-sea fishing where there can be a variance of several 100 kg between the target fish.
With our device, these problems are a thing of the past.
