The goal of blockhealth is to relieve the burden on local health systems worldwide – a response to new demographic and epidemiological challenges as well as outdated processes in practical health care.
The basic idea behind blockhealth is to increase the individual (patient's) own empowerment and the fundamental redesign and improvement of communicative processes between those affected and experts. In this way, every person should be able to take proactive and self-determined responsibility for their own health management and be supported in the necessary, but currently very neglected, adherence and prevention.
The Personal Health Assistant
Blockhealth is developing a smart, digital assistant for your own health. The app makes it possible to record, understand and manage your own findings, medications, vital parameters, vaccinations, preventive examinations and symptoms in a self-determined manner.
An AI-based doctor-patient interface supports a targeted exchange of information with the doctor, on the basis of which a more precise diagnosis and treatment strategy can be made.
