Innoviduum GmbH, a leading consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions in the field of personnel development and leadership, brings the coveted Constantinus Award to Upper Austria. The Constantinus Award is Austria's most prestigious consulting, accounting and IT prize. It has been awarded annually since 2003 by the Association of Management Consultancy, Accounting and Information Technology (UBIT).

The award ceremony, which took place in the magnificent Hofburg Palace in Vienna, offered a special ambience for honoring outstanding achievements and innovative projects by consulting companies in the fields of management consulting, accounting and IT. Innoviduum GmbH beat off stiff competition with its pioneering project "360 degree appreciation as the starting point for a new leadership philosophy" and is now officially one of the best consulting firms in Austria.

A total of around 108 projects were evaluated by an 80-strong jury representing experts from various industries and disciplines. Innoviduum impressed the jury with its unique combination of digital services and personal training aimed at reducing staff turnover in companies and promoting a strong corporate culture.

The targeted use of "positive tools" such as the TalentCoach, a proprietary development by Innoviduum, has demonstrated an additional positive effect in specific projects. Over the past two and a half years, Innoviduum has trained 550 managers at SPAR Austria in the area of "Positive Leadership". The sustainable development of skills is expected to have a positive impact on employee loyalty. SPAR Austria, one of the largest food retailers in the country, was Innoviduum's client in the award-winning project. With over 91,300 employees and an impressive market position, SPAR Austria is an important partner in the implementation of innovative projects in the field of human resources and CSR.

"We are overwhelmed and honored to have won the Constantinus Award in the Human Resources & CSR category. This award confirms our efforts to develop innovative solutions for our clients and set the standards in the consulting industry," explains Anna Pollhamer, co-founder and Managing Director of Linz-based Innoviduum GmbH.

"The Constantinus Award underlines the high quality of consulting and the joint success of consultants and their clients. We are delighted to share this success with a broad public and would like to thank the UBIT association for this prestigious award, which encourages us to invest even more in our solutions and services," says Pollhamer.
