SHEtech2b @Sandburg

On August 21, it was that time again - the next SHEtech2b meeting was on the agenda, and we had big plans. Seven enthusiastic female founders gathered in the atmosphere of the Sandburg to spend an inspiring evening together.

A highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the appearance of Ulrike Rabmer-Koller, an impressive personality who is not only known as a former WKO Vice President, but also as CEO of the prestigious Rabmer Group. As special guest and role model for the evening, Ms. Rabmer-Koller not only shared her personal secrets of success, but also shed light on how women can gain visibility in areas traditionally dominated by men.

Her inspiring stories not only overcame the hurdles she had to overcome in her own journey, but also offered valuable insights into the world of entrepreneurship, especially from a woman's perspective. She emphasized the importance of visibility and how it not only fosters individual growth, but also helps create a platform for other women.

Of particular note was the advice Ms. Rabmer-Koller gave regarding visibility and self-confidence . She encouraged those present to remember in moments of self-doubt that they are not only speaking for themselves, but also helping to make women more visible in the business world. A privileged privilege that means responsibility and inspiration in equal measure.

Overall, the SHEtech2b meeting was an evening of empowerment, visibility and exchange . We thank Ulrike Rabmer-Koller for her valuable insights and hope that her words will continue to remind us that we not only speak for ourselves, but that we are also part of a movement that makes women visible in the business world.
