Olympia-Verlag is getting support from Austria for its media brand kicker: with Pinpoll, the company will be relying on the user engagement solution from Linz from January. The AI-based survey tool impresses with its outstanding usability and attractive marketing opportunities.

AI solution supports editorial team - design and usability increase user engagement

Pinpoll has already made a name for itself in the industry with AI-based user engagement solutions. From now on, kicker will also be relying on the expertise and services of the Linz-based company. With the new application, the kicker editorial team can generate polls much more easily and quickly using automated suggestions within articles. The so-called polls fit seamlessly into the article and thus offer a high-quality advertising environment. "We reach more than 13 million people every month with our content. Nowadays, however, it is no longer enough to simply address a readership and be a news source. Media brands need user engagement in order to create a lasting bond and promote brand building, also with regard to younger target groups. Pinpoll was able to convince us here with a customized solution that meets the highest data protection requirements," says Werner Wittmann, Head of Digital Media at Olympia-Verlag.

The partnership with the Linz-based company has now begun with a long-term cooperation agreement. As a loyal kicker reader and user, Tobias Oberascher, founder and CEO of Pinpoll, is particularly proud of the collaboration:
