Startups meet Industry

An diesem Tag wird Linz zum Zentrum und Hotspot für Open Innovation, wo 15 europäische Startups aus verschiedenen Ländern wie Spanien, Portugal, Island, Dänemark, Deutschland, Tschechien und Slovenien etc. mit österreichischen Startups sowie Industrie- und Wirtschaftspartnern an der Johannes Kepler Universität Linz zusammenkommen, sich austauschen und vernetzen.

Am 03. Oktober können junge internationale Gründer:innen aus ganz Europa ihre innovativen und erfolgreichen Unternehmen, Produkte und Dienstleistungen vor der heimischen Industrie und Wirtschaft vorstellen. Dabei geht es darum, neue Technologien und Entwicklungen kennenzulernen und gemeinsame Kooperationen und Projekte zwischen Startups und Unternehmen anzustoßen. Außerdem bietet sich die Chance zum Erfahrungsaustausch und persönlichen Kennenlernen.

Darüber hinaus sind auch viele Startups aus allen Teilen Österreichs dabei, um sich und ihre Unternehmen zu präsentieren, sich auszutauschen und zu vernetzen. Die internationale Veranstaltung kann dank der smarten Simultanübersetzungs-App von LiveVoice, einem österreichischen Startup aus Salzburg, sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch abgehalten werden. Erfolgreiche oberösterreichische Startups aus dem tech2b-Inkubator wie qapture, Five Square, sensideon uvm. haben bei „Startups meet Industry“ die Chance, einem breiten Publikum ihre Unternehmen vorzustellen.

Eingeladen zu dieser internationalen Pitching Session sind neben den Startups und Industrie- und Wirtschaftsunternehmen auch alle österreichischen Startup-Zentren aus den anderen 8 Bundesländern, die wiederum von erfolgreichen Startups aus ihren individuellen Inkubationsprogrammen begleitet werden. Weiters werden oberösterreichische Vertreter:innen der Kunstuniversität Linz, von den Fachhochschulen sowie aus der Industriellenvereinigung, Wirtschaftskammer, Medien sowie Politik erwartet.
