Our aim is to bring the traditional art of brewing and handcrafted food to life. We combine the traditional art of brewing with innovative recipes and local ingredients and contribute to the diversity of local beer culture with our wide range of handmade craft beers. Our brewery is aimed at local restaurants looking for high-quality beers for their guests. We offer a diverse selection of beers that go perfectly with different food offerings and provide unique taste experiences.
We open our doors for tours, tastings, brewing and herbal seminars and also make our new brewing equipment and expertise available to other hobby and micro-breweries by creating space for gypsy brewers who would otherwise only be able to brew their beers as micro-brews. We know the challenges faced by small breweries and can contribute to an even more diverse range through cooperation.
By using rescued food for our delicatessen range, we are doing our bit to combat food waste and offer special taste experiences.
With our company, we are preserving the Upper Austrian brewing tradition, providing an additional offer for gentle tourism and creating additional sales opportunities for regional agriculture.
