Planery is the complete solution for duty rostering, time recording and vacation planning for companies of all sizes. Employees receive their current duty rosters immediately on their smartphone and are notified immediately in the event of a change. Vacation requests are simply entered on the cell phone and the current working hours can be viewed at any time. Planery offers these functions in a clear and accessible format from anywhere. Greater transparency increases employee satisfaction and saves up to 75% of planning time.

As every company has unique requirements, Planery offers the possibility to book different packages. The main functions are

Duty planning:
A new duty roster is created within a few minutes and all employees can see on their smartphone when and where they have to work.

Time recording:
Thanks to Planery's working time recording, employees can be quickly accounted for at the end of the month. Overtime and absences are easy to view and the employer can look forward to the next GPLA audit with peace of mind.

Vacation planning:
Employees enter their vacation requests directly in Planery and see immediately whether they have been approved. The approved vacations are always visible as important information during duty scheduling.

  • Ilja Jochum, CEO
    Has the vision and the plan for where Planery should develop over the next few years and always has an overview of all areas. As co-founder of an IT software company over two years ago and with a degree in economics, he is primarily involved in the areas of controlling and software development.
  • Alexander Kniewallner, CTO
    Thanks to his many years of experience in software development, company management as co-founder of an IT software company and his degree in computer science [&] business informatics, he finds a solution for every technical hurdle. He is responsible for ensuring that Planery is available around the clock and that our customers receive an even better solution to their problems every week.
  • Matthias Rotter, CSO
    Thanks to his training at the HTL for computer science and his business studies at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration as well as several years of experience in retail, he is the link between Planery and its customers. His goal is always to ensure that all customers are happy and he tries everything to achieve this. Whether in online marketing or in a personal customer meeting, you immediately recognize his passion in the contact with our customers.
