#tourismusinkubator at ITB Berlin - Innovations from Austria on the international stage

ITB Berlin, the world's leading trade fair for the travel industry, was once again a hotspot for innovation this year. Among them: the #tourismusinkubator start-ups, who presented their solutions at the Austrian stand.

Pitching session in the Innovation Corner

A highlight for the start-ups was the pitching session in the innovation kitchen at the Austrian stand under the motto "What's Cooking in Austria", the best recipes for innovations from Austria. In cooperation with the CTA initiative, the start-ups pitched in a silent disco format: the audience was able to follow the pitches with headphones in the ITB vortex. People came together in the kitchen - this enabled a valuable exchange and discussions about start-ups and tourism.

Networking and new impulses

In addition to the pitches, the start-ups took the opportunity to network with destinations, partners and experts. They followed exciting presentations and panel discussions on current trends - especially on topics such as AI as a technology driver in the industry. supported travel experiences and innovative business models for the tourism of the future. Especially the Technology Startup Sessions, where investors shared their insights and experiences from the startup travel tech world.

ITB Berlin has once again shown that it is the perfect place for start-ups to present themselves, make new contacts and gather fresh ideas for the future of tourism.
