Project: TalentLoop: Innovative career guidance for young people
The TalentLoop platform enables young people in school and training to embark on a personalized journey of discovery to find suitable career and training paths. This is based on the young people's individual interests, values, strengths and talents. They choose their interests and preferences in a playful way. Each image is assigned multiple attributes with specific weightings, which are processed in complex calculation models. This differentiated data analysis enables precise recommendations for suitable occupational fields. Based on these, the suggestions are refined further and further, right down to specific job titles. The technological centerpiece is the integrated OpenAI ChatAPI, which not only generates career suggestions based on individual interests and strengths, but also creates practical aids such as application letters and telephone guides for job interviews. Through reflection and feedback processes, TalentLoop strengthens young people's self-confidence and supports them on their way to making an informed career decision.
