What does it really take to make AI work in an organization? 🤖
At the #PIER4 AI Harbour at @palfingerag in Lengau, around 50 participants came together to move beyond the AI hype and talk about what matters in practice: experiences, real use cases, data, governance and the people behind the technology.
From Michael Berger’s insights into PALFINGER’s AI vision to hands-on workshops on AI platforms, employee enablement, data governance and human-AI collaboration, the focus was clear: learning from what companies are already doing today and identifying what they need for the next step.
The afternoon brought more practical perspectives with Sebastian Huber from @Schmachtl_gmbh, followed by impulses from Elisabeth Schwab on intelligent data streams and Jasmin Mesanovic on Citizen Development.
The question that connected it all:
How do we empower people, connect data and create the structures needed to scale AI sustainably?

O‘zapft is! 🍻 – gestern auch in der @factory300_linz.
Beim Oktoberfest haben wir tech2b vorgestellt, uns mit der #factory300 Community ausgetauscht und zwischendurch die unternehmerischen Superkräfte ausgepackt. 🦸♀️🧱
Unsere Challenge: „Baue deine Superkraft als Unternehmer:in mit LEGO.“
Denn Unternehmertum braucht nicht nur gute Ideen, sondern ganz unterschiedliche Stärken und genau das wurde gestern ziemlich kreativ sichtbar. 🚀
Für die passende Begleitung sorgten die @schettis_beer mit ihrem Bier und @kollaqueen mit ihrem Drink. 🍺🍹
