After completion of his education as mechanical engineer and his studies of business management he worked as CEO for an Italian IT company, where he was among other things responsible for the development of web-based software solutions. He supports potential founders in the fields of IT and mechatronics at academic institutions in Upper Austria. In addition, since May 2009 he is the national spokesman of the Austrian incubator network Academia plus Business (AplusB).

With his technical and commercial know-how he supports the High-tech Incubator tech2b as a Business Incubation Manager. He is a graduate in e-Business from the School of applied science in Steyr. After his studies he began working as a sales manager of steel plants in the field of electrical and automation at the Siemens VAI. In July 2009 Thomas Weber joined tech2b.

The International Incubator at the Softwarepark Hagenberg. Educated at the HTL Leonding and through his Business Informatics studies at the JKU, he is looking back on many years of experience in the field of IT applied in financial services and industries. In Hagenberg he will predominantly accompany foreign founders according to the approved tech2b-concept.
